Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to client questions via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical or billing issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and interaction logs in our CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a proven track record of attendance.
