Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer retention.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions, account history, and resolutions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and achieve high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure team consistency.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude during high-pressure situations and peak call volumes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; equivalent experience is considered.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach office.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to changing protocols.
