- Diagnose technical and billing issues, providing accurate solutions to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help drive product and service improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
