- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Technology preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional in-office meetings.
