Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify common user pain points.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
