Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related problems, providing clear and accurate solutions to users.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product usability.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
