Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the support team to optimize weekend operations.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
- Uphold company policies and brand standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to New York, NY or Virginia locations.
