Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge base of our products and services to answer product-related questions.
- Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer contact.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Must be available to work a rotating shift including evenings and weekends.
