Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly, professional tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and workflow.
- Provide product and service information to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
