Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Update customer account information accurately and efficiently in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
