Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on daily pay processing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our integrated POS and daily pay software.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and promote our daily pay benefits to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
- Update customer records and provide feedback to management regarding service improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using tablets and smartphones.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
