Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with payment processing software (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with financial data
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site visits
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
