Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to Manhattan locations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to NYC traffic regulations and parking guidelines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds safely
