Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned local and regional routes.
- Handle loading, unloading, and securing cargo to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction with every stop.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedule changes or delays.
- Manage inventory and documentation accurately for each delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation is preferred but not required for Daily Pay entry-level roles.
- Strong knowledge of local geography in Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records (MVR) check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable personal vehicle for non-driving tasks if applicable.
