Responsibilities
- Perform packing, labeling, and shipping tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification provided upon hiring).
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and resolve minor operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Handle inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and handling cash (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
