Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare shipments for outbound delivery in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
