- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on daily pay efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and update records to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to escalate critical issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site shifts.
