Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Maintain 5S workplace standards in a fast-paced environment
- Train on new technologies and process improvements quarterly
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid California Driver's License (for occasional site deliveries)
