Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship daily orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Assist with receiving/unloading shipments and processing returns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including early mornings/late evenings
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
