Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following 5S methodology
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Proficient in basic computer operations and RF scanner usage
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Flexible schedule availability between 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
