Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Accurately document patient care activities and observations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current CNA or HHA certification in New York State
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
