Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and medical procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians during emergencies
- Administer medications as per facility protocols
- Update patient records in electronic health systems
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (must be current)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shifts
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in EMR documentation systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for rotating night schedules
