Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home health or clinical settings
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, medication reminders)
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams for patient safety
- Maintain clean and safe environments per OSHA standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (we provide free training)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
