Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse and loading docks are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform quality checks on merchandise before it is shipped to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
