Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight and materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting heavy items throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID or Driver's License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy for time clock tracking and reporting.
- Must be a local resident of El Paso, TX for immediate availability.
