Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in designated areas for inventory accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and scanning systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
