Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Load/Unload Freight: Efficiently load and unload trucks while maintaining safety standards and minimizing damage.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for Full Time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
