Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret pick tickets to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
