Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight containers safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (for roles requiring vehicle operation).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (outdoor duties).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
