Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery and high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within our warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
