Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform accurate quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and staging of packages for delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
