Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work area.
- Quality Control: Perform cycle counts and spot checks to verify product condition and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is not required.
