Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize inventory in the warehouse and staging areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or labor is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
