Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock items accurately to ensure order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label products for shipment to customers.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
