- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation with precision
- Support cycle count initiatives for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 6+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix industrial corridor
- Flexible availability for morning/evening shifts (4-8 hour blocks)
