Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within the specified time frames.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
