Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
