Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using handheld scanners.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
