Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring accuracy and damage-free handling.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor roles).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
