Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by your shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide valid ID.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
