Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated zones to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scissor Lift) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (climate controlled warehouse).
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
