Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on warehouse shelves according to established labeling systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory counts accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipping and receiving duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a strong plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse vehicle operation, if applicable).
