Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via tablet systems
- Package and label outgoing orders for shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (barcode scanning experience a plus)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for at least 3 shifts weekly
