Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) for material handling
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Maintain clean/safe workspace following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to strict deadlines in high-volume operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
