Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring inventory integrity and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Austin, PA facility.
