Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and bend or twist without injury.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
