Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure proper shipment.
- Perform daily quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Load and unload trucks using conveyor belts and manual handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts.
