Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and order management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and package materials to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
