Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inspect packages for damage and prepare them for shipment with proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are mandatory.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor dock areas.
