Responsibilities
- Sort, package, and prepare inventory for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid ID and right to work in US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Columbus shift locations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
